Services: Medical care and services for serious health issues that require immediate medical attention. Conditions like heart attacks, severe pain, and labor and delivery

State-Funded Coverage (Children)

New Mexico offers comprehensive health coverage for children, regardless of immigration status

State-Funded Prenatal Care

New Mexico uses state funds (and sometimes CHIP funds) to cover prenatal care for those with low incomes, regardless of immigration status, ensuring coverage for labor and delivery. All individuals, regardless of immigration status, are eligible for 12 months of postpartum care.
